Yoel Toledano is a technology attorney and Co-Founder and CEO of Pavonyx. He established the company with Jonathan Pearl Ronson and leads its business operations and strategy. His experience spans work with founders and executives at technology startups and public companies in cybersecurity, defense and artificial intelligence.
At Pavonyx, he connects a company’s business strategy with how it presents itself to its audiences. His work spans messaging and positioning, reputation, strategic communications and executive visibility, grounded in an understanding of the product, the market and the decisions facing management.
His legal experience includes work at Herzog in privacy, data protection, AI governance and cybersecurity. His background across law, technology and business leadership provides a broad perspective on the business and professional challenges companies face in a changing technology landscape.
Yoel holds a bachelor’s degree in law and a master’s degree in Law, Technology and Business Innovation from Reichman University. Alongside his business activities, he serves as volunteer VP Marketing at Defense Tech Community Israel, connecting founders, professionals and companies in Israel’s defense technology ecosystem.
